Born in Singapore and raised in Hawaii, May has been immersed in diverse cultures. She returned to Singapore & started her career in events management and media. She ran her own events management company and her last role in the media industry was the Head of Sales for Asia at Thomson Reuters.
May found her passion in people development and move to the training & consultancy space. As a Client Partner, she collaborated with her clients on leadership & organization development initiatives. Most of those strategic initiatives were linked to the change in human behaviors required for organizations’ culture & digital transformations, therefore she picked up the curiosity & courage to pursue the digital world as she truly believes in humanizing the digital workplace.
This island girl loves the beach, traveling and is proud to be a working mummy. She is passionate about inspiring & empowering women and the future generations of girls by blending her personal & professional passions through Women in Leadership initiatives.
